Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
If you refuse to receive your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the amount exceeds the amount of your refunt, the package will be abandoned and you will not receive your refund.

We are so sorry if you didn't like your product or it didn't fit well, but oh well that's life! The product must be returned to us within 15 days and be eligible for a refund too. All you have to do is:
- send an email to us, at email@example.com, informing us for the return and request a Return Form
- fill out the Return form and make sure that you fullfil all the following conditions mentioned below
- send your package to the address we 'll provide you with. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs or the dispatch/arrival of your package. We always encourage you to send your packages with a tracking number because there are cases that packages do not arrive/get lost in the way/return back to you and we are not able to assist you properly at that point.
You are eligible for a refund if you fulfill all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused
- The product is returned to us within 15 days. We are not responsible for the dispatch or the proper arrival of your package if we are not provided with a tracking number and a shipping carrier.
- The product is in its original packaging, has all the laybels and tags still attached
- The product is sale-able condition
- The receipt and the return form are included. Request a return form at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can even cancel you order if you change your mind!
If you have a change of heart about you order, please inform us with an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to cancel your order and transfer your money back to your account as soon as possible.
