  • How do I place my order?

    1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping byselecting the product category links: e.g. Women’s, Dresses. If you have aspecific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter akey in the search box on the homepage.

    2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size,and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button.

    3. You can then either continue shopping or review the itemsin your shopping cart by clicking on basket symbol at the top of the page.4. If you are happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CHECKOUT'to complete your order.

  • How long will my order take to dispatch?

    We try to be at your service as soon as possible, but it usually takes 1-2 business days. If there is an “out of hand” situation we will be in touch with you and let you know for the delay. In any case you will be informed via email for the dispatch of your order.

  • How do I track my order?

    The minute we will dispatch your order, you will receive an email with your tracking code and the courier company, which will be responsible for the delivery of your order. If you do not receive an email within 1-3 days, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@adeliepengu.com.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Of course you can, but only if your order hasn’t been dispatched! If you have a change of heart, please contact us as soon as possible, because we will not be able to cancel it after shipping. The cancelations take place only via email at info@adeliepengu.com.

  • How do I let you know that my order is a gift?

    You can simply add it as comment on your order and we will take care of the rest…wink-wink!

  • Where do I add my discount code?

    You can add your discount code at CHECKOUT in the specified field.

  • I did not use my discount code by mistake, what can I do?

    If you forgot to use your discount code please contact us as soon as possible at info@adeliepengu.com and give us all the required information (order number, discount code). We will do it for you if your order has not already been dispatched.

  • The item I wanted is out of stock! What do I do?

    Did you think you missed your chance? Well think again! If a product is OUT OF STOCK, you can still show your interest by entering your email in the “Notify me when this product is available!” section. If we restock this item, you will be the first to know!

  • I have received my order but one of the items is missing, what do I do?

    Oops, ok this is not cool, and we are so sorry about this! Please contact us immediately with all your order details. We will review it and we will do it right this time! Shipping your missing item will be our responsibility of course!

  • I have received an incorrect or faulty item, what do I do?

    We always check our products very carefully before we ship them, but ok let’s face it, human errors exist! If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please do contact us at info@adeliepengu.com immediately with your order details and a few photos of the product and we will get this resolved as soon as possible!

  • Where do I find my gift card?

    Our gift cards are virtual – after receiving your order confirmation email, the person who is meant to receive the “gift” will receive a separate email containing a link to his/her unique gift card code.

    Please double check your inbox/junk mail etc. and if you’re still having trouble finding this, there is the possibility that the incorrect email was submitted at checkout. Please email your full name and order number to info@adeliepengu.com and we will locate this for you.

  • How can I use my gift card?

    Gift cards are basically discount codes. So you can use your discount code at CHECKOUT as you would normally do! The credits of the gift card will be removed from your total amount and you will pay the difference, cool huh?!

  • Can I return the item(s) I bought?

    Of course you can! All you have to do is fill out the Return Form and ship your item back to us. We will take care of the rest. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

  • Is there anything I cannot return?

    Unfortunately socks is the only product that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, except if their packaging is still attached (which means you have not tried them on).

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    At the moment, officially, no! You can return your product and place another order from scratch. But we always want to be at help, so if it’s a matter of size or color please do contact us and we will see if we can assist you somehow.

  • Do you have a Size Chart on your website?

    Yes, you can find our Size Chart here.

  • Could I have a further guidance regarding my size?

    We are always here for you to answer your questions and help you pick the right thing! As a result, if you are not sure about your size you can always contact us and we will assist you the best way we can!

  • What does “unisex” mean in terms of size?

    Our products are made in a unisex logic. They do have a lot of men’s clothing characteristics in terms of sizing and form, but we always choose those which work for women as well. Their form is loose and wide for all sexes,so it’s not like they have a “better fit” on either men or women. In each product page, we always mention the height of the model and his/her size, in order to give you a point of reference regarding the garment’s form.

  • Are your products Oversized?

    Yes, most of them are! We love oversized easy-going garments and we hope that you ‘ll love them too! If you want your garment to be more fitted you can choose a smaller size than the one you would normally buy, but if you want to keep the loose form, go for your true size!

  • Do you use animal leather or fur?

    No and no! No animals were harmed in the making of this brand!

  • Who made these products? Where are they made?

    Our products are made by our beloved local production places here in Athens (GR)! We consider these people to be part of our team and we are very proud of them!

  • Where your fabrics come from?

    Our fabrics are originally made in Greece or Turkey and they get printed here in Greece.

  • Do you recycle?

    Yes! We keep every bit of fabric waste and we either recycle it, or use it to create new smaller products, such as various accessories! We also encourage our customers to recycle their own garments through our care labels and we are in the process of creating a system, where customers can bring back to us their used/damaged Adelie Pengu garments and receive a discount.

  • I would like to collaborate with you, how can I contact you?

    We love collaborations!! Just give us a call or send us an email here, explaining the sort of collaboration you would be interested in!

  • I am interested in wholesale, are you up for this?

    We are so up for this! The section you ‘re searching is here. Contact us, tell us a bit about your store and we ‘ll send you our catalogue or arrange a meeting at our Adelie Pengu Showroom, where the magic happens!

  • Do you have a physical store I could visit?

    As you are able to see in our Contact Page, we own a Showroom at Pagrati, Athens. However, we do not encourage people to visit us in order to buy stuff, since this is literally our Show-Room (hihi!), it is not a store! But we love to meet new friends and we love to show our work, so if you want to visit us and say “hi” or have a look we will be there for you! Moreover, if you need to return or pick up something (in order to avoid shipping) you are more than welcome!

  • I bought something from a store you are collaborating with. Can I bring it back to you?

    Unfortunately no, if you find one of our products in some other store then the store will be responsible for your service.

  • Can I use my discount codes in stores you collaborate with?

    I am afraid no! Our discount codes are available only for our original e-shop: www.adeliepengu.com.
